  Iris Apfel doesn’t want you to dress like she does. At 100, she’s still embracing uniqueness, wearing what makes her happy and encouraging everyone else to do the same. “I think part of the problem with the way people dress nowadays is that it’s too generic,” says Iris. “Everyone looks the same, they wear the same things. H&M x Sabyasachi

Sabyasachi, hailing from Kolkata, launched his eponymous label in the summer of 1999. Twenty years later he has grown the company to encompass couture, ready-to-wear, fine jewellery and accessories. The designer has five flagship stores across India and has also founded Sabyasachi Art Foundation, a tribute to his artist mother. “At H&M, we are thrilled to announce our collaboration with iconic designer Sabyasachi, known for his dynamic use of indigenous crafts and textiles — a language so stunning that it permanently altered the fashion and design landscape of the country,”  says Ella Soccorsi, Concept Designer at Collaborations & Special Collections, H&M.
